We get this question a lot and value the intention behind it, but please don't spend too much time crafting your answers. Time is precious and limited. Just keep it short, simple and to the point. Good enough.

- We don't care about CVs. We care about who you are today and how well you communicate in writing. Hence we prefer to ask you 4-5 specific questions.
- Then we have a video-call to get to know each other on a personal level.
- After that we'll have a call with your potential team lead to dive deeper on the role itself.
- Then we give you a small case study which shouldn't take more than 2-4h and doesn't require you to do real work for free.
- We offer you the position and give you time to think about it.
- If you accept, we assign you an onboarding buddy and start the onboarding phase. π
